We own various types of surfacing equipment and mature surfacing processes. The operators have 20 years of operation experience. For continuous casting rolls, we strictly adopt the welding method of one base layer and two surface layers as required by the design institute. The bottom layer ensures full fusion with the base metal to make it more solid. The surface layer uses nitrogen-based welding wires customized by us to create a martensitic welding structure with a certain amount of δ-ferrite. The alloy composition of chromium, molybdenum, nickel and nitrogen is added to obtain the maximum corrosion and oxidation resistance. Through micro-alloying and grain refinement, the high-temperature wear resistance, microstructure stability and mechanical properties can be optimized, which can more effectively reduce thermal fatigue and surface layer wear and prevent peeling!

We have an experienced team, including 3 senior engineers, 1 intermediate engineer, 20 workers with over 10 years of experience in operating machine tools, 10 hardworking surfacing welding workers, 10 conscientious assembly workers, as well as a total of 70 employees in departments such as quality inspection.
Customization is available even for a single set. We possess flexible and adaptable production processes, and we have dedicated manufacturing equipment for rollers of various sizes and forms.
